If I should wake before I die, take my soul with shut eye.
Take me all at once, every bit and every ounce.
Don’t leave me here and there, with my thoughts everywhere.
The fly in the room, the fire beneath the broom.
Buzz in my ear, church bells are near with the clouds in the rear.
Gone with the wind, when is my end?
